Group Workouts

Running – Wednesday Nights @ BU (Oct – Apr)

We meet at the bridge by the walk-in entrance on Murray Hill Road for a casual 6-ish mile run. We start at 5:45 for our loop through the neighborhood and come back to the bridge to begin the campus loop (at about 6pm for late starters). All paces are welcome.

 


Run/Bike/Run:  Wednesday Nights 6:00pm (Apr – Oct)

The RBR worksout is designed to help you gain fitness and experience in two of the three triathlon disciplines. It is a duathlon format with two run segments and one bike segment. The workout location alternates between sites each week.

Meet at CF Bus Garage Parking Lot on Kattelville Rd. The course starts with a 1.05 mile run within the CFCS Campus followed by the bike section that follows River Road around the mountain and back on Kattelville Rd. of 1 or 2 laps and then finishing with the last run section. Total Distance: Run= 2.1 miles – Bike 7.5 or 15 miles

Run Course Bike Course

–> Marshland Road Location

Meet at Boat Access point on Marshland Rd. The course starts with a 1.4 mile run down-and-back on Marshland Rd by the 5.5 mile bike loop that follows Marshland Road past the golf course to the end and turn right onto RT434 and back to Marshland Rd. of 1, 2 or 3 laps and then finishing with the last run section. Total Distance: Run= 2.8 miles – Bike 5.5, 11 or 16.5 miles.
